Build Engineer – San Francisco ,CA, USA
Job Description:
Configure, set up, manage, and maintain the automated build servers.
Work with developers to resolve any merge conflicts.
Ensure mirrors of build servers are properly synchronized.
Execute on all software builds, the client, server, and web facing components of our project.
Provide improvements in software release process.
Create software install build packages for Q/A.
Manage patch creation process.
Manage content delivery data, and process.
Provide support to all engineering resources.
Ensure automated tests are run.
Requirements:
Familiarity with Jenkins, or other automated build scripting service.
Expert at Visual Studio.
Familiarity with rails.
Very familiar with Visual Studio.
Familiarity with C++
Very familiar with SVN/Perforce
Knowledge of Linux / SSH
Knowledge of MY-SQL database architectures, administration, and maintenance.
Degree in CS/CE or equivalent experience required
