Some of the most common methods of engaging our services are –
1. Contingency Permanent Placements
We present qualified candidates with relevant industry experience to you for your full time positions. Fees are only payable upon successful acceptance of an offer and completion of a probationary period of employment by one of our candidates.
2. Contract Placements
For short or mid term requirements, we source individuals for your temporary, part-time, or contract assignments. Fees are payable based upon signed off timesheets for agreed hourly or daily rates.
3. Retained Searches
For executive positions, extremely hard to fill positions, or very unique positions we can provide our most exhaustive and transparent Retained Searches. We work with our clients to put together a target list of competitors, conduct extensive research on suitable people across the industry and reach out confidentially to all the potential candidates and provide a thorough report on the entire search. Fees are payable upon commencement of the campaign, upon reaching a minimum number of candidates available for interview and upon successful acceptance of an offer and completion of a probationary period of employment.
4. Onsite Recruitment
For assistance with direct applicants and/or for the ultimate interface for our presentation of Adventure candidates, we provide senior recruiters to work on site at our clients’ offices, for as long or as short as is required. Fees are payable based upon the time required handling direct applicants, and contingency fees for our own external candidates, plus any travel and accommodation costs for the senior recruiters.
5. International Recruitment Campaigns
While we attempt to source candidates locally first for our clients, for recruitment requirements of 10+ individuals where the market is well known to be limited and very difficult or expensive to source employees locally, we have extensive experience putting together International Recruitment Campaigns where we travel to other countries together with the key decision makers from our clients and make job offers to candidates to relocate to the client location. This can be much faster and more cost effective than flying the candidates in individually and can give a significant competitive advantage to access a different pool of talent. Our CEO has led campaigns and can provide extensive references from projects like this with Electronic Arts Canada where they hired 23 senior programmers, artists, designers and producers from the UK over 3 days of interviews in London, and for Codemasters in the UK where they travelled to Chicago, Vancouver and Los Angeles and hired 20 programmers and artists.
